We went on our bikes (well the kids were on their bikes) to collect elderflowers.
And later mummy made elderflower tea, elderflower gin (pictured), elderflower cordial and elderflower champagne!
We love foraging, especially when we can just walk out the door and find nature's gifts on our doorstep. And we found recipes for everyone!
