We went to visit a friend who is fostering kittens.
And we left the car at their house and walked the 2 miles home...
Through a wood, which was on a slope, and was quite muddy...
Through a meadow...
Lunch on the river bank
And along the river back to home
We all really enjoyed it and felt very lucky to have so many different habitats within such a short distance of the city centre.
