Day 18 we went wild in town

We started the day at Bath's Farmer's Market at Green Park buying local food directly from the growers / producers.
The nice thing about it is you get get a few different things that would be hard to find in the shops. Items we bought included a guinea fowl, quails eggs, heirloom tomatoes, beetroot bread, a few veggies and home made ginger bread men.
We then walked to the Earthwatch Freshwater watch event in Widcombe, where we collect our water sample kit, so that we can help with the study in the quality of local water. Keep following our blog to find out about how we get on and what we find out!
Later in the afternoon we went to a outdoor concert put on by the kids school and had a picnic with loads of friends. Beatrix even performed a musical theatre piece.
It was all a bit exhausting!
